Are all your pins tradeable?
Yes, all of our pins are official Disney pins. We do not sell Sedesma, ProPins, or EuroDisney pins. We would never sell a pin that we wouldn't trade ourselves!
Can I request specific pins?
We cannot accomodate special requests. Since most of our customers purchase pin lots for trading, if there's a pin you or your child doesn't like, you'll be able to trade with a cast member for a different one - that's what pin trading is all about :-)
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept major credit cards through our processor, PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
What do you charge for shipping? How long will it take for me to get my order?
Shipping is $4.95 regardless of the size of your order!
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and include Delivery Confirmation. We strive to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt, often shipping the same day your order is received! That being said, please allow for weekends, holidays, and unexpected delays. If you are headed on a trip to a Disney property, please allow 7 - 10 days to be sure your pins arrive before you leave.
